Any 12V battery should be ok. Different chemistries will work together. Voltages will be added together so the higher voltage lithium + lower voltages of an AGM or wet cell will just be added together. You may end up with a hotter weld with lithium batteries… provided they can supply the amperage without shutting off.
We draw about 100-125A on .030 wire or 125-150A .035 on wire. Most AGM, wet cell, gel cell usually don’t have a problem with that. Lithiums are usually throttled to a certain limit by their BMS. Being a lithium vehicle starting battery it will have a higher amperage output limit but it might be limited to a certain amount of time… time it takes to start a vehicle for instance (5, 10 or maybe up to 30 seconds for example). Really would have to check with the manufacturer of that specific battery to be sure. Might work but you may need to weld in short bursts to let the lithium batteries rest and cool.
