Snail Trail 4×4 – A little about me ‘Jimmy Jet’

Ever since I could remember I’ve enjoyed taking things apart. My parents noticed that as well. When I was young they gave me many electronics, such as TVs, typewriters, VCRs, many complicated contraptions that I would disassemble just for the fun of it. When I was 15 I asked my parents if we could buy an old jalopy and fix it up for my 16th birthday. they told me no, it takes too much time, we don’t have the experience. when I got my license and started driving around an old Toyota it wasn’t soon after that where I was taking it apart as well. I remember a time when my parents were upset because I had the front independent suspension taken apart in the driveway and they couldn’t get their car into the garage.

Ever since my first 4-wheeling trip with friends I was hooked. In high school, we would just drive up into the mountains and choose different fire roads to cruise down. Sometimes getting lost is the best way to find out who you truly are. In addition, I have always enjoyed backpacking. when I discovered the combo of four wheeling and camping I fell in love, and have been doing it ever since.

It has been many years and a few different vehicles since then. I would like to show some of the skills I have learned along the way and avoiding some of the problems that I have discovered.

I really want to see people getting outside and exploring. It brings excitement to my eyes to get people going Outdoors for the first time and experiencing a new type of life. I’m starting this YouTube channel because I want to inspire people to go out explore and find a Scenic Drive, pick a trail that they have never explored before choose that dirt road over the pavement 1 and drive. Take The Road Less Traveled. If I can Inspire one person to take their rig on a new trail and go exploring in a place that they have never been, I will be happy. Unknown is another word for living explore the unknown if we’re not exploring then we are not living.
